Yesterday I spent most of the day in the shop. First time in about 10 days. I am so far behind I can't see my behind.
But working in the shop is my therapy. There's something pretty zen about building stuff. The focus is good for me, that's for sure. When I'm getting overwhelmed and want to shut down, ripping up some plywood is just so satisfying. Adding another saw to the shop btw. When there are 2 or 3 of us working, 2 tablesaws are not enough. I already have it, it's the one I had in my Dad's shop. :-( When I bought the new shop, I got another sawstop, because I was not willing to take the one I had out of his. I wanted him using it, rather than a standard saw.
Got in the flying hardware for the BigE line array cabs. It's for small installations, 2 - 4 cabs. It would certainly hold more, but rigging it would be a pita. A large array mount system is in the works, much like you see with Martin or Versarray. I'm really going to have at these hard over the next couple of weeks. The last few months have just been a rollercoaster, and delayed this numerous times.
